When barely-there neon bikinis, sparkly fishnet miniskirts and plunging hot-red swimsuits hit television screens then it can only mean one thing which is Love Island is back again. And the show’s new fashion partner, e-tailer I Saw It First, is hoping viewers will want to take out their credit cards and buy all the looks on display.
The British reality TV show managed to received a huge numbers of views, the show is breaking the records of last year with 3.7 million views on the premiere itself. CBS is acquiring the rights for an American version, due to air in July.
Sponsors of last year hitting the jackpot which outfitted the show’s contestant for the duration of its 6 week saw a 40 percent sales increase compared to eight weeks prior to when the show started airing. Some of the products worn by popular contestants got more than 500 percent sales spike.
Boohoo co-founder Jalal Kamani has spent between £1 million and £2 million to secure its spot as the official fashion partner. The show allows viewers opportunity to buy the same clothes via the same app they use to vote for who they want see from being dumped from the island. This year they made a website which makes it easier to buy products online.
Love Island kicked off from 3rd June with news episodes airing every Monday to Friday and Sunday at 9 pm.

The show will be aired at ITV2 and according to reports, ITV doesn’t have any plans at the moment to move Lave Island from its current home.
