On the last day of New York Fashion Week we received a message of Sustainability in the Fashion industry. There was a group of designer show called Fashion For Peace in NYFW & the event ended with surprising philosophical note. Indian mystic, yogi and New York Times best-selling author Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev told in an interview that “it’s estimated by 2025, that 98 percent of the fiber on the planet will be synthetic fiber,” he travelled to New York to headline the evening’s showing off four designers (Mara Hoffman, Mimi Prober, Norma Kamai & Sabyasachi Mukharjee) who put sustainability at the fore, invoking the spirit of Mahatma Gandhi in the year of the 150th anniversary of the leader’s birth.
All the four designers shows their magnificent designs in the show and received many appreciation from the audience. Let’s have a look on their amazing designs.
